Check is after 2:00 pm of your arrival date, if you are arriving after 7:00 pm please advise. Check out is at 11:00 am of your departure date.
Changes to your reservation can be made up to 72 hours before your expected arrival day without charges or fees. Changes made less than 72 hours before your expected arrival day will be subject to a fee equal to a one night stay per room booked. All refunds will be processed within 48 hours of confirmation.
Rates are based on double occupancy
Due to allergies and other concerns Pets cannot be accommodated.
Our Parking Lot is located on the north side of the building off the laneway. One parking spot per room is allotted. If more is needed street parking is usually available or speak with us.
Our establishment is Green aware. Sheets are changed on the third day of any stay longer than two nights. Towels are changed as per your needs and an extra set is included in every room.
If you need to keep something refrigerated please advise.
We are a smoke free environment; we do have sitting areas outside to accommodate.
Fire pull stations are located in the main hallways on the first and second floor. All exits are marked and in case of a fire emergency lighting will be activated.
